CCWD-DWR Settlement Archive
In early 2016 CCWD reached a settlement agreement with the State that protects drinking water quality for CCWD customers should the Bay Delta Conservation Plan / California WaterFix Project (BDCP/CWF) be implemented in the future. This settlement agreement provided for the construction and maintenance of new facilities that will offset any potential impacts the BDCP/CWF could have and would be paid for by the state, not CCWD customers.
In 2023, the 2016 settlement agreement was replaced with a new settlement agreement between DWR and CCWD to reflect the Delta Conveyance Project proposed by DWR. The 2016 settlement agreement and associated materials are archived below.
