2. CCWD's Water Education Program has returned to an in-person format for the 2022/2023 school year.

   This form serves two purposes:

   1. To sign up for a Water Treatment Plant Tour Field Trip for the 2022/2023 school year.
   2. To provide feedback on in-person program accommodations.  

   Please note: 

   • Water Treatment Plant Tour Field Trips are available for 5th grade classes and a limited number of 6th grade classes.
   • Programs are offered on a first come, first served basis. 
   • This field trip is designed for 1 class per session.
   • A limited number of 60 minute virtual programs are available upon request.
   • Programs are administered by the Gardens at Heather Farm.
